DAC-R11Retrofit Application Controller for Building Automation

The DAC-R1180, DAC-R1136, and DAC-R1108 are fully programmable, native BACnet™ Advanced Application Controllers, which communicate on a RS-485 LAN using the BACnet MS/TP protocol. The DAC-R1180, DAC-R1136 and DAC-R1108 controllers are drop-in replacements for IPC040, ICP043 and IPC045 products. This allows a Delta V2 Micro network to be easily upgraded to BACnet. The DAC-R11xx can also be Flash Loaded with DAC V2.92 firmware, to communicate on V2 subnets alongside existing IPC04x micros.


The DAC-R11xx family of retrofit controls can save labor costs while providing an upgrade path to V3 BACnet firmware. DACR11xx’s share the same I/O and footprint as legacy V2 Micro IPC04x controllers. DAC-R11xx are suitable for controlling various packaged units, and equipment, with medium I/O requirements. This includes small Air Handling Units, Boilers and Chillers. DAC-R11xx controllers can be Flash Loaded with DAC V2.92 firmware to co-exist in a IPC04x V2 network and load IPC04x databases.
